Q3: Do I have to give up carbs (or my favorite foods)?

A: No way!! This isn't about cutting out food groups. It's about balance. You'll learn how to enjoy the foods you love while keeping your body fueled and your blood sugar steady

Q4: How is this different from a diet?

A: Diets rely on restriction and willpower - and they burn you out. My method teaches you how to fuel your body in a way that's simple, sustainable, and enjoyable for the rest of your life.

Q5: How much time does this take each day?

A: You will be surprised how simple it is! You will eat balanced meals every 3 - 4 hours, which fits into your normal routine. Coaching lessons and check-ins are designed to be short and manageable.

Q6: Do you work with men, or just women?

A: I work with both as the principles are work for both men and women. Anyone who wants to stabilize energy, reduce cravings, and live healthier are prime for the PFC3 lifestyle.

Q7: Do I need to be local to work you?

A: Not a all! coaching is online, so you can join from anywhere.
