ABOUT ME

From Diet Cycles to Food Freedom

Meet Elaine

For decades, I thought I had “weight issues.” Whether I was 140 pounds or 260, I carried the same heavy feeling of unworthiness. I started dieting at 13 — Weight Watchers, Atkins, fasting, cabbage soup — you name it, I tried it. Every time I hoped it would fix me, and every time I ended up feeling defeated and ashamed.

The shame didn’t just live in my head.
I’ll never forget the flight where I had to move seats because the seatbelt wouldn’t fasten. The stares. The heat rising in my face. The silent promise that I wouldn’t fly again unless something changed.

I started avoiding concerts, theaters, anywhere with tight seating. Worst of all, I found myself sitting on the sidelines, watching my grandkids play because it hurt too much to get on the floor — or worse, to get back up.

Maybe you’ve felt that too: like life is happening all around you, but you don’t have the energy or confidence to join in.

The Turning Point

Everything shifted when I discovered blood sugar stabilization. At first I thought, “Oh great, another program.” But this one was different.

My coach didn’t just ask about my weight. She asked about my sleep. My cravings. My energy. My stress. She showed me a lifestyle, not another quick fix.

And it clicked.

What Changed

In just 100 days, my life started to transform:

✅ I had more energy

✅ I slept better

✅ I moved consistently — on purpose and with joy

✅ I dropped from a 3XL to an XL

✅ I no longer needed a seatbelt extender

✅ I walked beaches without swelling

✅ I could get down on the floor — and get back up again

Now, almost 2 years later, I’m still going strong with strength training and cycling. At 65, I feel stronger than I did in my 30s — and I’m finally free from the shame of spiral dieting.

I was in a place where I had given up. Menopause has been tough, I was continuing to put on weight and I couldn’t seem to stop it. I tried all kinds of Keto variations including fasting and carnivore. None of it was sustainable. I watched while Elaine was gently changing. Not just physically, but emotionally. So when she offered to be my coach, I jumped on board. I learned quickly that I had been treating my symptoms, not the root cause and this wasn’t a quick fix. But it’s the right fix. And I could eat carbs! I can tell you that the feeling of helplessness is gone and I am much kinder to myself. This program will tell you that it’s simple, but not easy. I 100% agree with that…but I’m worth it.

Why I Coach

That’s why I became a Certified Lifestyle Coach. I wanted to help other women — especially other Nanas — break free from what’s been holding them back.

This isn’t just about weight. It’s about your life. About reclaiming energy, confidence, and joy — without another diet.

Diabetes runs in my family, and I know firsthand the power lifestyle changes can have. I only wish I’d found this sooner.

An Invitation

If you’re sitting there wondering if change is still possible for you — trust me, it is. And I’d be honored to walk this journey with you.
