For decades, I battled what I thought were “weight issues,” cycling through diets starting at age 13, from counting points, to fasting, feeling defeated and unworthy at every size. The turning point came when I discovered blood sugar stabilization—not another diet, but a lifestyle. I gained energy, slept better, and started exercising consistently. This Nana of 3 went from a 3XL to a L, ditched the seat belt extender, and now walks the beaches with joy.  At 65, with over a 1.5 years strength and cycling streak, I’m proof it’s never too late.

Motivated by my transformation and the need to help others find this lifestyle, I became a certified coach to help others—especially fellow grandparents—ditch dieting and embrace healthy aging through simple, sustainable habits.
